Professional drain rods

Drain rods can be used to work through suitable access points towards an obstruction. The choice depends on the drain layout and the nature of the blockage. Using the right approach matters more than simply applying force, which is why we assess the problem and access before deciding how to tackle it.

Electric drain augers

An electric auger uses a flexible rotating cable to work on suitable waste-pipe blockages. It is a different tool from outside drain rods or a jetting hose, and the fixture and pipework influence when it is appropriate. Tell us whether the problem affects a sink, toilet or several fixtures when you enquire.

High-pressure water jetting

Jetting directs pressurised water into a suitable drain to tackle obstructions and deposits. It can be useful where build-up is restricting flow. We assess the circumstances before selecting the method; a drain that needs inspection or a different intervention is not automatically a jetting job.

CCTV drain inspection equipment

A drain camera gives a view inside accessible pipework. This can help investigate repeated blockages or provide more information about the condition of a run. Access and visibility affect what can be seen. If you need reporting for a particular purpose, discuss those requirements when requesting the survey.

Equipment chosen around your property

You do not need to decide which tool to book. Describe the symptoms and let us know about available access and previous drainage work. We will discuss the proposed approach, explain the work and agree the price first. Visit the individual service pages for more information about clearance, jetting and inspection.
